第4回東邦大学-GNU先端化学に関する合同シンポジウム

東邦大学と国立慶尚大学校（Gyeongsang National University:GNU）の2大学の化学科は2012年にMOU（了解覚書）を締結し，その後，隔年ごとにそれぞれの大学で合同シンポジウムを開催してきました。今回，第4回となる東邦大学-GNU合同シンポジウムが2019年2月23日に東邦大学習志野キャンパスで開催されます。この合同シンポジウムの特徴は，大学教員，大学院生，大学生ばかりでなく，高校生も“同じ土俵の上”で研究発表を行うことです。この合同シンポジウムが，日本と韓国の未来を築く若者たちに化学の素晴らしさを提供し，将来，両国の架け橋となる優秀な人材の育成に貢献することを願っています。
多くの大学生や高校生諸君がこのユニークな合同シンポジウムに参加することを期待しています。

4th Toho Univ.-GNU Joint Symposium on Advanced Chemical Science

Two Chemistry Departments of Toho University and Gyeongsang National University (GNU) have concluded MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) in 2012. After that, we have held Joint Symposiums at each university every other year. The 4th Toho Univ.-GNU Joint Symposium will be held on February 23, 2019, at Narashino Campus of Toho University. A feature of the Joint Symposium is that high school students as well as university professors, graduate students, and university students report research presentations “on an equal basis”. We hope that the Joint Symposium will provide the wonderful world of chemistry to young people who would be responsible for the future of Japan and S. Korea, and contribute to the development of excellent human resources who would serve as a bridge between the two countries.
We welcome many high school students and university students to join the unique symposium.
