京浜地区3病院における精神科への外国人受療実態調査
1．研究の対象
2016 年4 月1 日から2019 年3月31 日までに本研究参加機関（東邦大学医療センター大森病院、済生会横浜市東部病院、川崎市立川崎病院）の精神科において外来および入院で通常診療を受けた外国人の方。
2．研究目的・方法
2019年度より我々は「地域特性に対応した精神保健医療サービス利用者に対する早期相談・介入についての研究」と題する厚生労働科学研究費補助金研究（研究代表者：根本隆洋）を開始し、本研究はその分担研究として行います。
法務省在留外国人統計表によると、近年の在留外国人の方の数は増加傾向にあり、2017年には250万人を超えています。特に京浜地域を含む東京都における在留外国人数の増加は著しいことが知られています。在留外国人の約半数は20代・30代であり、種々の精神疾患の好発年齢とも重なります。異文化での生活による様々なストレスからメンタルヘルスの不調をきたす可能性が想定される一方で、支援資源を利用できていない方が多いことが知られています。支援資源の利用率の低さの原因としては多言語化対応の遅れや医療・保健など多岐にわたる分野の連携での問題が考えられます。しかし、外国人受療行動についての本邦における系統的な報告は乏しいのが現状です。2016年4月～2019年3月までの期間に、通常治療として通院または入院で精神科診療を受けた外国人患者の診療録を用いて観察研究を行い、受療行動の現状および課題について明らかにし、外国人の精神障害にも対応した地域包括ケアシステムの構築をすることが目的です。

3．研究に用いる試料・情報の種類
年齢、性別、使用可能言語、医療通訳利用の有無、受診経路などの基本情報、診断と転帰などの臨床情報。情報は匿名化されます。
4．外部への試料・情報の提供
共同研究機関にデータを提供する場合には、匿名化した情報を、パスワードをかけた電子ファイルを用いて電子的配信等の方法で提供します。

Survey of medical examination in patients from foreign countries at department of psychiatry of three hospitals in Keihin district
1．Subjects of the study
Patients who are from foreign countries and received diagnosis and treatment between April 1, 2016 and March 31, 2019 at department of psychiatry in three hospitals that participate this study: Toho University Omori Medical Center, Saiseikai Yokohamashi Tobu Hospital, and Kawasaki City Hospital.
2．Investigative purpose and method
We have begun a study named “, MEICIS” funded by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
The number of recent foreign residents is increasing and have exceeded 2.5 million according to the statistics of the Ministry of Justice. Especially, an increase of foreign residents in Tokyo that include the Keihin district is quite remarkable. Half of the foreign residents are in their twenties or thirties and the generation overlaps susceptible age for various mental illnesses. It is known many of them are not able to use support resources while the possibility of suffering from mental illness by various stresses in the different culture is expected. The problem of low usage of support resources appears to be caused by a delay to treat multilingual issue and a lack of cooperation in medical and public health resources. However, the number of comprehensive report of care-receiving behavior of foreign residents is limited. The aim of this study are to reveal current condition and problems of their care-receiving thorough the survey of medical records and to develop the optimal community-based integrated care system.

3．Sample and information used in the survey
General information such as age, sex, spoken language, usage of medical interpreter, and pathway to hospital, and clinical information such as diagnosis and outcomes. The information is anonymized.
4．Sample and giving information to the outside
Anonymized data locked by password is offered to department of neuropsychiatry, Toho University School of Medicine.
