Master’s Program in Nursing
The Master’s Program in Nursing aims to foster professionalism in both health providers and medical researchers by providing advanced technical knowledge and skills, as well as an opportunity to conduct research.
Classes are offered during the day and evening for the convenience of employed students. Applicants without a bachelor’s degree or nurse license can be considered for admission; we hope to attract applicants from a wide range of backgrounds, either with academic qualifications or with practical experience.
Our Master’s Program offers six specialties: nursing administration, infection control and prevention for nurses, reproductive health, home care nursing, community care systems, and international health and nursing. From 2008, adult health nursing will also be offered. Nursing specializations range from nursing of serious diseases to nursing for healthy individuals, and from the care of infants to the elderly. Therefore, the focus of student research will depend on his or her specialty. To meet each student’s research needs, personalized instruction is offered.
